Harbour Dues in Rarotonga and Aitutaki

Proposed By-laws imposing new price schedules for harbour dues and other charges made by the Ports Authority for Rarotonga and Aitutaki have been printed and a copy of the proposed By-laws are open to public inspection during office hours at the office of the Ports Authority at its Avatiu wharf, Rarotonga, offices and (in case of the Aitutaki By-laws) at its Arutanga wharf, Aituktaki offices.

Any queries or comments on the proposed By-laws should be addressed in writing to the Chief Executive Officer of the Ports Authority, Okesene Moananu, and delivered personally to the offices of the Port Authority at its Rarotonga office (or in the case of the Aitutaki Bylaws to either the Rarotonga or the Aitutaki office.)
